MEET THE TEAM

Angel started A & J in 2000, which quickly turned into a lifelong dream when he bought a new building and purchased two more businesses! He hired his kids to run the shop while he travels to Mexico once a month. 

Lets give it up for our Lead Tech, our right hand man, the "J" in A & J, Josue. Josh first started with us back in 2014 "Full-Time" He was doing Part-Time for OVER 4 years before he took a leap of faith that would get him into the position here. We love his humor, personality and his drive for success.We absolutly appreciate EVERYTHING you do for A & J. The late nights, the EARLY mornings. Without you we wouldn't be where we are today. 

Miriam is part owner, and wears many hats. She handles all behind the scenes paperwork and does it with a smile. She will give you the shoes off her feet before she says no. Trust me, everyone needs a "Miriam" on their team! 

Melissa has been with A & J for 8 years. "It was a learning curve" to say the least. She went from knowing "a little" about cars, to knowing more than she'd like to admit. Melissa handles most of the invoicing, pricing, part orders and estimates for customers. She always try to help when she can see someone is really in need. She looks forward to many more years working with the family!

Junior has been with A & J for over a year, and has been working NON STOP, and always does it with a smile. He is the type of person that will always have your back, and has the most kind heart, willing to go above and beyond for anyone (even a stranger)

His favorite type of work is timing chains, even if he tells you otherwise. He always puts his work first and is the most genuine person. He is a father of three and loves his four sweet dogs.

Our Lead Gas Tank & Radiator Tech he has been with us since 2014, and has been doing a PHENOMENAL job with recoring, restoring radiators and refurbishing gas tanks. Not only is he family, but he also treats every customer like it as well.

This is by far the dirtiest job here in the shop, sandblasting, welding and coating gas tanks. There is nothing easy about what he does, and he always does it with a smile -If hes not dirty, hes not working!

Jared hasn't been with us long, but he has learned SO MUCH and is always willing to work hard. Aside from being part of our family, he surprised us all when he reached the ORANGE belt in karate. He LOVES to make music and no, you wouldn’t guess his favorite food is lasagna… but it is!

Sometimes she barks but mostly she sleeps. She goes by various names like Pringles, Sprinkles, Wrinklenation, Rhonda, Rinkie Dinkie Daphaney and Crinkles. But mostly her name is Wrinkles!
